A lovely couple, and the room was decent and very clean. They had toiletries and fresh bath towels, and I enjoyed the Scottish breakfast. The setting was peaceful, looking out over the busy city centre.

There are a few restaurants and takeaways within walking distance, and Stirling castle is only a few minutes away by car. The location worked well. Rooms are fine, with everything you need but nothing special. Breakfast was a standard continental one, and perfectly fine.

The bed sat low, but the room itself was good, clean, and tidy. There are no evening meals, though they let us use the dining area and bring in our takeaway.

It’s a small, cute guest house, and the customer service was very good, with a friendly, polite manner. Breakfast was fine, and the rooms had what we needed to rest, even though the house is beside a busy road. I’d recommend it.

The room was comfortable, and breakfast was a great continental spread. We forgot to ask about the Wi-Fi and didn’t spot the password until we were leaving the next morning, which was a shame.
