Premier Inn Stockton-on-Tees - Teesside

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the location is great. Had a lovely stay and would definitely come back.

The breakfast at the Beefeater Restaurant next door was excellent and well worth the money. This was a good quality Premier Inn, with a fantastic bed and a room and bathroom that were both very clean and tidy. One odd, funny thing: the TV channels were tuned and listed alphabetically, so the adult channels appeared where you’d usually expect ITV or channel 4.

The location is superb for exploring the Tees barrage and the surrounding area, with lovely riverside walks nearby. There’s a Beefeater next door for breakfast and other meals. The room and bedding were impeccably clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The bed was great, as was the choice of two pillows in a sealed bag, with different softness. It’s a fairly basic Premier Inn, and I’ve stayed in better ones. The shower pressure was weak, and the sink tap was even worse. There were a couple of chips in the bath, but that didn’t bother us much. Beside the bed there’s only a small shelf and one socket on each side, with no USB outlets. Lighting and heating were adequate, and there’s a fan. It’s ideal if you just need somewhere to sleep for a night or two. I’d put it at about 3.5/5.

The Beefeater restaurant next door has friendly staff and good food. This Premier Inn is in a good location, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I stay at Premier Inns a lot, and this is one of the better ones: comfortable and not too big.
