Room 7 wasn’t suitable for two adults staying five nights. We left after four. The room was too small for a double bed and a chair, and I had to move the bed to open the window. There was no service at all, and the broken toilet seat I reported was never replaced. I couldn’t plug in the kettle without an extension lead. Concrete tankers were filling up right outside the window. The location was too far from town, there was no kitchen, and I couldn’t find a lounge. It was cheap, but not great.

I booked at the last minute and ended up finding a great place. The room was fantastic, and having the communal area to use was a real plus. Gary was a great host. I'd happily recommend it, just superb.

Simon really goes out of his way to help, which makes this a strong budget option. The room was clean and comfortable, with a modern shower room, tea and coffee, and a decent-sized TV. Very reasonable price and no complaints from me.

The room was a double with an en-suite, and it was incredibly clean. The bed was really comfortable too. Simon gave us such a warm welcome. If you need clean, good-value accommodation, this place is perfect. Couldn't recommend it more.
