The landlady was so helpful, and the property was spotless and very well maintained. We spent a wonderful New Year here with my family. It’s spacious, clean and well equipped, with a brilliant kitchen and cooking facilities. The big dining table worked really well at mealtimes. The location is second to none for a peaceful break with family or friends. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Booking was easy, and when we had to cancel because of Covid19, that was straightforward too, with no charges. It was such a relief in these strange times. I’d definitely book this house again for our annual stopover before the ferry. Thank you so much.

We had such a relaxing stay in this cosy place, and even the dog settled in well. It was clean when we arrived, with a large double fridge freezer and a full-size double cooker.

Everything was ready for us when we arrived: two bottles of wine, a basket with crackers and crisps, milk in the fridge, and a box with three kinds of cheese. The place was very well equipped, and the ensuite bedrooms were large. Great!
