We had a good stay in this pleasant, slightly old-fashioned holiday house. There's plenty of space inside and out, with lots of facilities, and it can sleep up to nine people across five bedrooms, so it works for a fairly large family or group of friends. Stratford-upon-Avon is a 10-minute drive, or about a pleasant hour's walk through fields and along the river. The layout is a bit unusual: guests in two bedrooms have to pass through one of two other bedrooms to get downstairs. There's one bathroom for four bedrooms, an ensuite for the fifth, and a downstairs loo.

A beautiful house with lots of room for families of all ages. There's a tennis court, trampoline and swings, and it's only minutes from Stratford upon Avon centre. Warwick Castle is 25 minutes away.

We had a great weekend here with friends. The house is beautiful and the garden is gorgeous, making it a perfect place for a group. We'd definitely recommend it.

Lovely gardens and a well-equipped place. It was very pleasant and handy for getting into Stratford upon Avon town centre.
