Highview Bed and Breakfast

Breakfast was beautifully cooked, and the views over the Nailsworth valley were stunning. I stayed one night at Highview B&B, where the large bedroom and adjoining shower room were tastefully decorated and impeccably presented, with everything you need. There’s also a very good shared sitting room. For what you get, it’s extraordinarily good value.

Really clean and tidy, and everyone was welcoming. Great breakfast too, would highly recommend.

The two dogs were lovely and very friendly. On arrival, we were treated to a nice coffee and sweet treats. Our accommodation was very good, and breakfast was freshly cooked and tasty. We were given scrambled eggs without being asked how we wanted them, so having a choice would have been nice. The only room issue was the bathroom light, which switched on automatically. Its opaque glass door let the light spill into the whole bedroom when someone got up to use the toilet at night.

We stayed at Highview the night before and the night after a family wedding in a nearby village. The hosts were friendly, our ensuite room was lovely, and breakfast was generous and made to order. There are beautiful garden views, and the Cotswolds are right on the doorstep. Excellent B&B, and I’d book again if I’m ever back in the area.
