Denise was especially kind and helpful when we had a medical situation. The rooms had plenty of space for our bags, and the fresh milk in the room fridge made a lovely cup of tea. We appreciated having both a bath and a shower, and there was a nice outdoor seating area, though we didn’t get to use it. Breakfast had an excellent range. A lovely stop on our Cotswold Way walk, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.

We spent a quiet evening G and T in the courtyard, which was lovely, as was the room. The welcome was warm, and we were given lots of useful information. Breakfast was generous and tasty. We had a lovely one-night stay on our Cotswolds walk and highly recommend Troy House.

Denise went above and beyond to cater for my gluten-free diet, leaving special treats for me to have with my tea. She even put a jug of milk in the fridge, rather than the little packets most places leave. There was tea and coffee in the room, and I slept really well in a comfortable bedroom. Breakfast was the best I had on the walk. There’s also a lovely little shared garden area, though we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it. I stayed one night at Troy house on the Cotswold Way and had a wonderful experience. Thanks, Denise!

Denise is such a friendly, lovely host, and she went out of her way to meet our daughter’s GF dietary needs at breakfast. The bed was super comfy and the room was very quiet. A super breakfast for all of us.

The room was spotless, with a modern bathroom, and breakfast was good. But there were three beds, leaving hardly any space to move around with our luggage, and there was nowhere communal to sit and rest. Don’t even think about checking in early, you’ll be treated like hell!
