The entry code wouldn’t work when I got to the top of the filthy staircase to apartment 9, and nobody answered the “emergency” number. The outside was disgusting too, with mouldy, dirty chairs and grubby doors. I’d booked through Booking.com, and getting a refund was a struggle. The stairs weren’t suitable for adults, let alone children. There was a mechanics next door and cars left all over, including a van blocking the door. Worst of all, a drug addict outside tried to intimidate me and my son. It didn’t feel remotely safe. Don’t spend your money here.

We decided it wasn’t safe to stay after two serious arguments, so I called the company and explained why we had to leave. They offered no refund, partial or otherwise. The area felt rough and derelict. Less than 10 minutes after we got into the apartment, we caught two men trying to break into our car on two separate occasions. Awful experience. I’d strongly advise people to steer clear.

Clean, tidy, and in a great location, with easy access too. I can’t see why anyone would give this accommodation less than five stars. I’ll definitely be back.

The service was so friendly, which really helps when you’re staying somewhere unfamiliar. I’d definitely use these apartments again.

Clean, bright and spacious, with really comfortable beds. We had a lovely break and I’d recommend it.
