We slept really well and would stay again. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and the owners were friendly. The rooms could use some updating, though the owner is renovating at the moment. For the price, it was a comfortable guest house with good facilities.

The location worked perfectly for me, just a short walk from my mum's place, and the town is only a few minutes away on foot. There's free parking across the road and an Asda nearby for bits and bobs. The hosts were really friendly, and the rooms were spotless and quiet. The bed was comfortable, though the mattress was a bit lumpy and could do with a replacement or topper. The TV is a good size, too. There's a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, so you can make tea, coffee, cereal and toast, or probably put together a full breakfast. I didn't need to, as I was visiting my mum. A great little budget place, and we'll definitely come back.

The landlord was helpful and very nice when we arrived, and the guests staying longer were friendly as well. It was a warm, welcoming place for a night, and there's a kitchen guests can use. We had a lovely stay.

I hadn't planned on staying here, but a problem with my accommodation came up while I was driving on a coach holiday. I'm glad it did. The staff looking after the hotel while the owners were away were very friendly, and the rooms were clean, well presented and tidy. Breakfast was fresh, generous and really tasty. Wonderful little private hotel, great value, and I'd happily stay again. Thanks 😃

Once we got inside, everything was good. We had room 5 at the back, which was nice and quiet, with a bedroom, a small separate room with a desk, kettle and fridge, and a shower room. The shared kitchen and dining area downstairs had cereal and toast for breakfast, which was perfectly acceptable. There was even a basket of emergency items like toothbrushes and toothpaste to help yourself to. It's on a main road in Swaffam and doesn't look especially attractive from outside, and we did have trouble getting someone to answer the door. We'd certainly stay again.
