We keep coming back because Tina and Amanda make us feel so welcome. The rooms are immaculate, the bathrooms are lovely, and there’s plenty of parking.

Tina and Amanda were lovely hosts, and breakfast was great. My single room was small and had no desk or chair, but I could use the lounge while sorting through my photos and have a drink from the honesty bar. The shower was good too.

The guest house is an easy walk from the clean sandy beach, pubs and restaurants, and we’ll have no hesitation about coming back to Swanage. We were made very welcome, and every part of the stay exceeded what we expected. The rooms, food and cleanliness were top class, with excellent attention to detail. Tina and Amanda run a superb place, and the stay was well worth five stars.

The B&B was spotlessly clean, the hosts were lovely, and breakfast was delicious with loads of choice, from pastries to a full cooked meal. There’s parking on site too. Absolutely amazing place. 💫💫💫

We loved the garden, the very organised setup and the easy walk to the beach, about five minutes away. There’s off-road parking as well. Tina and Amanda were so welcoming, and our room was lovely and very clean. The cooked breakfast deserves a mention too, it was gorgeous, even if I may have put on a few pounds! We stayed four nights and would definitely book here again if we return to Swanage. Thank you both for looking after us. Lots of love, Emma and Scott xx
