Staff were welcoming, and the rooms were clean with plenty of space and that familiar Premier Inn comfort. The Bull pub breakfast was decent too. A good spot to rest just outside Swanley.

Welcoming staff, and our room was lovely and clean. They cook the English breakfast fresh, which was nice, though it did take a little longer.

4/10
The cooked food was good once it arrived, but service took a while with just one member of wait staff for the whole restaurant. The self-serve continental table also wasn't kept stocked, with juices and cereals running short. The hotel itself was nice and clean. A bit disappointing for Beefeater standard.

Adina was really helpful when we needed to extend our stay. The Beefeater staff were patient, efficient and friendly too. A great Premier Inn, with friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was decent, and the rooms were really clean for a reasonable price. The hotel is around 30-40 minutes from the O2, which worked well for us, and there's free guest parking with easy access to the main roads leading there. Great stay, I'd come again.
