Bay Apartments

There's so much to enjoy here: marinas, boats, water and birds, along with lovely parks, markets, hiking trails and loads of interesting places. It works well for singles and families. We've booked with Bay Apartments three separate times, and the service has been fabulous. Kate is terrific to work with when finding the right place to stay, always responsive to questions or issues and totally reliable and trustworthy. I wish I could rent from them worldwide!

Our latest visit was to an apartment at Swansea Marina, and the whole stay went smoothly, with a professional booking process. Bay had already worked well for us on both short and longer stays, and they also came through when we needed a comfortable, affordable cottage at short notice after our France holiday was cancelled. I'll keep using them for breaks in Swansea. Highly recommend.

Being right by the beach and only minutes from the town centre made this a great spot. We stayed in the one-bedroom flat on the third floor at 71 Meridian Bay apartments, with lovely views and sunrises and sunsets. Inside, it was warm, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Bay Estates handled everything thoughtfully, from booking through to the welcome pack. A very pleasant stay.

The balcony was lovely for sitting out and looking towards the beach. The flat was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a kitchen that had what we needed, and a relaxing living area. Check-in was easy enough even though I arrived late on Sunday, and parking was handy once I found the right space. I was there for a week in beautiful Swansea weather, and the location was just right. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.
