Joan was lovely, and the apartment was just right for my weekend in Swansea for Ironman 70.3. It was clean, had lovely views across the marina, and was in a great location. Thanks Joan 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Getting into the apartment took longer than expected. I’d told the owner I planned to arrive at 3pm, when check-in began, and she confirmed she’d be there then. I got there ten minutes early and called. She said she was on her way and asked me to wait, but didn’t arrive until 3:40pm. Since I was only in Swansea for two days, losing 40 minutes to waiting was disappointing. The apartment itself was satisfactory: a good location within walking distance of the city centre, a nice view, fairly clean, and had what we needed. The shower was a problem, though, as it swung between too cold and too hot and wouldn’t settle at a comfortable temperature.
