Perfect Location with Parking - Jersey House - TV in every Bedroom!

Don't stay in the basement-side accommodation. It's damp, muggy, and gross, with mould and a bad smell as soon as you enter the kitchen. Garbage outside had been left uncollected, and the rooms looked nothing like the photos. The owner doesn't maintain the place, and the heating or boiler kept stopping at random. A nightmare!

The unit was in poor condition, and I wouldn't consider it fit to use. Mould patches were visible upstairs, and fungi were growing from the floor beside the washing machine and under the downstairs bathroom heater. There was a strong damp smell throughout, so these problems need urgent attention. I strongly recommend taking the dwelling off the market until they're fixed. I booked for a week in Swansea with my mother and father to attend a wedding. The accommodation is split into two, possibly three, units, and they aren't identical, so reviews may be about different units. To reach the entrance, we had to push through overgrown brambles and go down external stairs. The seating area by the front door was shared, with chicken bones and cigarette butts littering the floor. The kettle didn't work. I reported it to the owner through the air bnb app, but nothing was done, so we boiled water on the stove. I knew there were a lot of stairs, but the bannisters on both flights were loose and unsafe. The stairs were uneven too, possibly because wooden boards beneath the carpet had partly collapsed.

The apartment was in a quiet spot, so we slept peacefully, and the beds were really comfortable. We stayed for a weekend in July, and the location was perfect, with a taxi to the town centre costing only £8. Thanks for a great stay. I'd highly recommend it and would stay again if I were in Swansea. Definitely five stars!
