The owner Kim had lovely chats with us over breakfast and took the time to suggest lots of things to do in and around Tain. We had an amazing stay. The room was nice, and breakfast was great too.

Kim was a warm, welcoming host, and our keys were ready when we arrived early. The guest house is a well-presented little gem, with comfortable beds and a perfect location for visiting the Glenmorangie distillery. Highly recommend!

The parking is in a small courtyard and felt very safe and secure. I stayed one night and had a really nice experience. My key was waiting even though I arrived a little early. The rooms were clean, comfortable and nice, and the bath had been renovated. It was quiet and peaceful.

Kim was such a warm, kind and welcoming host. Our room was newly renovated, spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good, and Kim even ran out to get more pancakes. We only stayed one night, but wished we could've stayed longer. We loved it, thank you so much!

A generous continental breakfast is included, served in a lovely dining area, and Kim was incredibly friendly and helpful. The B&B is brilliant, comfortable, clean and nicely renovated, with everything well appointed. Modern, clean bathrooms make good use of the space, and the beds are really comfortable. It has WiFi, a smart TV, a hair dryer and even a clothes steamer. If you're in Tain, stay here.
