The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Booking through the website was easy, and we found this lovely place by chance. Breakfast is cooked fresh, with options like bacon and sausage, plus toast. There aren’t any cereals, but that didn’t take away from our stay. You can tell them what you’d like for the next morning while you’re having breakfast. Donna and Sylvia were efficient and friendly without hovering. They made us feel like regulars. It’s a great spot for exploring the Snowdonia area, including the railways, Portmerion, Halech and the lovely beach at Tal-y-Bont, where we spent a few hours. There’s no restaurant service, but plenty of restaurants, pubs and cafes with very good food are less than a 10-minute drive away. The place doesn’t cater for children or animals, which suited us, though I can see that putting families off. We had an excellent few days and I’d recommend it without hesitation. Donna was the best part of our stay. She was so kind and helpful, and gave us great ideas for sightseeing and planning our trip. We had an amazing time and would love to see her again. We booked our little UK break at the last minute and found this beautiful place. The rooms were delightful, with lovely outdoor seating areas, super-comfy beds and everything we needed. There was a tea and coffee station, a mini fridge with water and milk, and a microwave if needed. The bathroom was clean, with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash. There was also a safe, hairdryer and fresh towels. Breakfast was amazing, cooked just how we asked, fresh and served with Donna’s super-friendly smile. We’ll absolutely be back, for another adventure and to see Donna again. 10/10 stay.

The staff were extremely helpful, and breakfast was very good. We arrived early and they kindly let us into our well-equipped, comfortable room. Since it was sunny, we could sit outside too.

Donna was spot on with suggestions for places that matched our interests and preferences. Her attention to detail was so thorough, from checking our dietary requirements when she greeted us to the immaculate, thoughtfully arranged room, which was just as advertised for size and comfort. Breakfast was amazing, locally sourced and cooked perfectly. We even visited Donna’s butchers and went home with a month’s worth of food. Our holiday felt so perfect largely because we stayed at the Estuary Motel. Thank you to Donna and the team. We’ll definitely return next time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Snowdonia. The rooms were spotless, the service was excellent and welcoming, and the location was superb. Our room felt homely.
