The Dunes was a lovely place to spend the night. We were welcomed warmly when we arrived, and the bright room was beautifully decorated and had great facilities. The bar was comfortable and a nice place to hang out, and the Welsh breakfast was excellent. The town is a short walk away. Highly recommend staying here.

Caroline at reception was so friendly and knew loads about the area. Everyone made us feel at home, and the breakfasts were freshly cooked, tasty, with plenty to choose from. We slept really well in this quiet spot. The room and restaurant were clean and comfortable, and everything felt warm and cosy during our January stay. A lovely base for visiting Tenby and Pembrokeshire.

We had a great two-night break in January 2026, in a beautifully decorated deluxe room with a balcony looking over the golf course. It was spotless and comfortable, with a Lor coffee maker and plenty of pods, plus tea and bottled water. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and the bar and breakfast staff were helpful, accommodating, and cheerful. Caroline at reception was especially welcoming and helped sort out the small issues we had. We’d happily recommend The Dunes for coastal walks or a weekend in Tenby, and plan to come back. One thing let the stay down: assistant manager Ethan’s email reply to me came across as condescending. He could take a few pointers from Caroline or the bar staff about how to communicate with customers.

Sue at reception was a real gem, friendly and professional, and deserves a pay rise. The three of us had a spacious, clean and tidy room for the night, then enjoyed a delicious breakfast with lovely views.

We ate dinner there on two nights, and both meals were excellent. The breakfasts were substantial too. Our room was spotless, with a balcony looking straight over No 1 Tee from room 5. Despite the dreadful weather, we had a very enjoyable three-night stay. Everyone we met, from reception and room service to the restaurant team, was friendly and helpful, especially the manager. Thanks to you all.
