Grosvenor Apartments - PoshPads

The Library worked really well as our base for Sunday lunch and a catch-up after our celebration meal for 10. The food was lovely and service very good. We spent a couple of nights in a spacious, comfortable garden room and had a really positive stay. Stockbridge is a beautiful village and well worth visiting.

Kiki, Aaron, Sandra, Will and Steve made everyone feel welcome, comfortable and looked after. They were warm, attentive and kind from the start, with a lovely mix of professionalism and natural humour. Even when things were busy, they stayed calm, smiling and efficient, and gave everyone so much of their time. The drinks were spot on, the service smooth, and the atmosphere around the bar was relaxed and joyful. They clearly work well together and support each other. That kind of hospitality sticks with you. Huge thanks to Kiki, Aaron, Sandra, Will and Steve. They’re the heart of The Grosvenor, and I’d happily come back to see them again.

The Cannon room’s lovely decor, walk-in shower and bath made our two-night pre-Christmas stay incredibly relaxing. Breakfast was great, and the lounge and bar had a lovely feel both during the day and in the evening. We’d highly recommend it.

Ammu made my birthday meal especially memorable. When I mentioned it was my birthday, she kindly surprised me with a cake and celebrated with us. She was so polite and thoughtful, and the whole team made us feel welcome with attentive service. The ambience was excellent too. I really appreciate the warmth and hospitality from Ammu and everyone at the Grosvenor Hotel.
