It’s a quiet, well maintained place with rooms, tents and caravans, as well as plenty of pitches if you bring your own tent. There are shared WCs, benches and charging points. Mobile service is very limited or absent, so there’s no internet, which is good if that’s what you want. But if you need directions to somewhere else, check them before you arrive. You can also get a good signal at the crossroads of little haven, dale.

We spent 2 nights in the Dairy cottage, and I was so glad my friend and I had the chance to stay there. The original high ceiling in the living area is lovely, and there’s a pleasant outdoor space. This part of the site is completely separate from the camping area and very peaceful. The kitchen had all the basic conveniences and was fully adequate for us. The sofa bed converts easily and has a proper mattress. The owners are friendly and available if you need help. They take recycling seriously and ask guests to do the same, which we were happy to do. Thoroughly recommended! 🙂

The rural surroundings are peaceful and make this a good base for coastal walks. We’ll definitely be back. It’s a tucked away camping retreat with welcoming, easy going hosts, and the site is clean and well cared for. The toilets, showers, washing up area and fridge were all tidy and clean. There’s a fire pit at your pitch, and you can buy logs there.

A fantastic place to unwind, with super friendly and helpful owners. There are beautiful spots nearby, including mill haven beach a short walk away. The lovely little haven, with its pubs and cafes, is a five minute drive. Highly recommended.

Getting there was easy, and the location is stunning. We stayed in the large cottage, which slept 7 of us and the dog without any trouble. It’s a beautiful cottage renovated to a very high standard, with spacious, large bedrooms. The owners were brilliant, communicated well and were always ready to help. We’d highly recommend it and will definitely return, 5☆.
