A superb location, lovely proprietors and good facilities, all at unbeatable value. I think it’s great and well worth visiting if you’re in North Devon or South Somerset.

Richard & Ling were so welcoming, and breakfast was great, with gluten free options too. This is a lovely independent guest house with homely charm, right by the river and lovely views. It’s just two minutes from town, with the wetherspoons pub over the bridge for food and drink. The rooms are on the small side, but the building is very old and everything was spotless. We paid £100 less than the chain hotels we checked, so support small businesses. Highly recommend, and all the best for the future x

Tiverton’s quiet, but there are some nice pubs and restaurants, and this place is right on the river, handy for exploring town. The hosts were helpful and attentive. My room looked a little tired, though it was fully functional, up to a good standard and worth the money. Very good value. Breakfast was top notch, with good quality ingredients cooked well. Well worth a visit.

Richard and Ling gave us just the right amount of attention, available if we needed anything but never intrusive. We spent the weekend in a lovely room overlooking the river, and breakfast was delicious. They offered us more coffee and toast, which set us up for the day. We’d definitely stay again. Thanks for a perfect weekend 😊
