There was plenty of room for our work van when my colleague and I arrived for a business trip. The concierge was extremely friendly and helpful, knew the surrounding area and facilities well, and gave us some useful information. Our room was clean and tidy, and I had a great night's sleep. I'll likely stay again. One tip for anyone staying here or at pretty much any other travel lodge: bring a long charging cable. The plug sockets are across the room from the bed, which I found annoying, and I had to make sure my phone was charged before going to sleep.

The receptionist was friendly and efficient, and there was free parking, despite signs saying two hours only. Check with the hotel, though. The hotel is in a quiet spot, with Burger King, Costa and a BP garage next door. Ask for a room at the back. Room 24 was my tip.

Jane was an absolute star. She lent me her car jack so I could get my tyre fixed at a local shop, and honestly saved my life. I can't thank her enough. Thanks so much again!

We booked at the last minute on Saturday evening. It was easy to find, and the lady at the desk was friendly, welcoming and informative. The family room was a good size and spotlessly clean, and the price was reasonable. Costa, Burger King and a garage are right next door. It was an ideal location for our stay, and we'd definitely stay again.

There’s plenty of parking, and the phone signal was fine for streaming Netflix. The room had a double and a single bed, with decent space. The noise was pretty bad, though manageable. The shower was over the bath, with a low fixed head and fairly weak pressure. The TV was an old 27-inch set fixed to the desk, but you could plug things into it. Nearby, there’s a service station, coffee shop and Burger King, plus a pub about a 10-minute walk away.
