Chelston Manor

We had a family meal while staying in Torquay and had a great time at Chelston Manor. We were seated in our own room in this lovely old building, full of character, and the service was friendly and accommodating. The Sunday roast was fantastic and good value. It’s easy to come away disappointed after eating out these days, so this was a treat. Thanks for looking after us. Would definitely recommend.

There’s a big enough menu that I can always find two or three things I’d love, and it’s reassuring to know everything is cooked fresh in house. I’ve eaten here many times and it’s always spot on. The staff are consistently super friendly and helpful, it’s great for kids, and the food is good value.

The team are wonderful, and the service feels caring, genuine and amazing. The food is superb, high quality and homemade, just good for the soul. Absolutely perfect xxx

On our first night of a weekend in Torquay, we ate at Chelston Manor and loved the food. The ales were well kept, which two of our four enjoyed, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We returned on Sunday for a roast, and all of us agreed it was the best roast dinner we’d eaten in a very long time. If you’re nearby and hungry, don’t hesitate to try Chelston.
