The place was lovely, clean and modern, and I couldn't fault the accommodation. The location was reasonable, though you still need a car to get to Torquay and babbacombe. What spoiled our break was the noise from the apartment above. Children ran around, a baby cried, and a child screamed during tantrums. It sounded like a crèche upstairs day and night, and we got very little sleep.
