The location is ideal, just a five-minute walk from the beach through a park with a beautiful view. We were given coffee and cake, and the staff were caring, helpful and provided immaculate service. Our room was lovely, with a vanity, fridge and a spacious shower. I'd recommend this wonderful hotel and will definitely come back. ❤️

The breakfast was on another level. The full cooked breakfast was superb, and the daily specials, including eggs Benedict and ham, egg and sautéed potatoes, were amazing. Jeanette and Ian were welcoming and attentive throughout. Our spacious room had everything we could want and a huge, comfortable bed. There was plenty of convenient parking at the front, and the location was great for the seafront and town. Best B&B we've stayed in by far. It's a 10/10 from us, and we'll definitely be back.

The Glendower Guesthouse has lovely, well-equipped rooms, and its dining and relaxation area is a comfortable place to sit and unwind. The staff are friendly, attentive and happy to go the extra mile to make guests comfortable. For me, it's the best place to stay in Torquay.

The owners were kind, the rooms were lovely and breakfast was great. It's a wonderful place to stay in Torquay, close to the harbour and a beautiful park. Cockington is about a 30-minute walk away and a must-see! 🤩

Ian and Janette are the reason I wish them all the best. They're attentive, personable and such great hosts. The rooms were perfect and the location was great too. I've stayed here twice while watching Rugby, and the breakfast is genuinely one of the best I've ever had.
