Headland View B&B

Jan is lovely and very welcoming, and she and her husband had thought of so many of the little things places often miss. There were plenty of hooks and sockets, complimentary non-alcoholic drinks, biscuits, decaf teas, coffee and milk, plus slippers, bathrobes and more. Our bathroom was a good size, with room for toiletries, thick towels and an excellent shower. We had a wonderful two-night stay at Headland View. Our top-floor room, number 4, was tastefully decorated, a decent size and really well appointed. It had two French doors onto a balcony with a glorious sea view. All in all, a wonderful stay in a great location. We’d thoroughly recommend it and would love to return.

After we arrived in the early evening, we brought back fish and chips. Our hosts kindly gave us everything we needed to enjoy them in our room overlooking the bay. Such a lovely touch. They were genuinely warm and thoughtful, and those little details really made a difference. The immaculate, comfortable rooms and perfectly cooked breakfast served in our room each morning were both top quality. This is easily one of the best B&Bs we’ve ever stayed in. If you’re after a relaxing, high-quality stay in Devon, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back!

The hosts were attentive without being overbearing, and the sea views were excellent. The room was very clean and welcoming, with a luxurious feel. Having tasty breakfast served in the room was a really nice touch, and the free WiFi was great too. We had an amazing time.
