Marmalade Bed Breakfast

We always have so much fun staying with Suzi and Paul at Marmalade in Torquay, and we wouldn’t choose anywhere else. They make you feel like part of the family, and the rooms have everything you need, including really comfortable beds. The food is wonderful, too. Thanks, Suzi and Paul, for another fantastic stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

We chose Marmalade B & B for a break in the Torquay area because of the price, location and great reviews, and it lived up to what we hoped for. Suzy and Paul made us feel welcome, and our room matched the description and photos on their website. Breakfast was freshly prepared each day, and they catered to our needs. They also gave us helpful information about places we might visit and went out of their way to share bus and train times. The stations were within walking distance. Cleanliness, accommodation and hospitality all get 10/10 from us. We’ll definitely return and strongly recommend it.

Suzie and Paul made us feel so welcome during our lovely week at marmalade b & b. The breakfast selection was excellent, and I’d recommend the full English. Our room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. The hospitality was first class. Probably the best B&B in Torquay. We’d definitely stay again. Marmalade made our first trip away after lockdown lifted a brilliant one. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds, crisp bedding, and loads of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. There was also a homemade muffin to die for and a bowl of sweets waiting for us. Dirk and Graham were a delight to get to know, as were their two French bulldogs. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend, and thanks for a lovely stay.
