Avoid the Trouville B&B. I stayed there on Saturday, 4 April, and the room was dirty and had bed bugs. The manager wasn't interested when I complained, so I moved rooms, but the next one wasn't much better. I had nowhere else to go and ended up changing rooms repeatedly because they were so dirty. I tried raising it several times without getting anywhere, then complained to booking.com and received a £14.00 refund. The shower was so filthy I couldn't use it. I've got pictures of the bed bugs, mouse droppings, and the state of the other rooms. Disgusting.

The place was spotless throughout and in a perfect spot, with phenomenal value for money. The owner called beforehand to check our journey was going okay, then greeted us warmly when we arrived. Possibly the friendliest B&B owner I've met. We loved our stay and will be back.

We were made to feel really welcome by the hosts, who did so much to make the stay comfortable. The room was lovely and warm, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was great. We'd definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely stay.

We'd booked the wrong dates, but the two owners opened everything up just for my mum and me. They were so lovely and incredibly helpful. Great rooms and a great location, too.

The manager gave us a friendly welcome and was helpful throughout. Our room was roomy, clean, and nicely decorated, and it was completely peaceful at night. I slept well in the comfortable bed. Breakfast was available, though I don't eat breakfast. I'd happily recommend this hotel.
