The King William is a good place to visit, with Beryl Cook prints on the walls and food at sensible prices. Breakfast was a decent size and just under £10. With some places charging so much, it's nice to find a pub that still keeps things affordable.

The roast was so good we came back for another before heading home to London. Great value, a Happy Hour as well, and really friendly, helpful staff. I'd happily recommend it and will return next time I'm in Totnes.

We were pleased we chose this place for lunch. The food was all very good and the portions generous. I had the chicken fajitas and really enjoyed them, while the shepherd's pie and ham with chips were good too. Prices were more than reasonable, and the midday atmosphere was nice.

We stayed for two nights, right in the centre of Totnes, with shops and restaurants close by. The rooms are spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere seemed good, and it looked like a nice place for a pint and to watch the world go by, though we didn't try the food or bar. The mattresses and pillows could do with replacing, and the access areas need a bit of a refresh.

The location is spot on, and the place feels cute and cosy. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere just right, and the bar staff were amazing. One of the best pubs I've been to. I'll be back to stay in their rooms for a weekend.
