Best Western Manchester Altrincham Cresta Court Hotel

The team at Cresta Court Hotel made the stay feel memorable, from the warm welcome and efficient check-in to their helpful recommendations for local attractions. They promptly handled my questions and requests. My room was spotless when I arrived and stayed in excellent order throughout. The bed was comfortable, the linens crisp and fresh, and housekeeping clearly paid attention to the details. The food was another highlight. There were plenty of tasty choices for different tastes and dietary preferences, and the breakfast buffet had fresh, flavourful options that got the day off to a great start. Great food, clean accommodation and friendly staff made for a lovely stay. I’d happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning.

The room was a bit tired, with blown double-glazed units and peeling, cracked paint in places. It was compact, and the beds squeaked a little. Still, it was clean and reasonably comfortable, so we had a good few nights. The hotel’s main areas were great, and the breakfast was really good. Jo checked us in at reception and was lovely, friendly and helpful. The breakfast host and waitresses were just as nice. All the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. I’d come again, especially for the lovely breakfast and great staff.

The room was small, as we knew it would be, but it worked fine for a couple of nights since we didn’t have large luggage. I’d have liked more lighting, especially over the desk and dressing table. Only one of the bed spotlights worked. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and housekeeping brought hand soap when we asked. The breakfast was included, great value, and the breakfast staff were efficient and friendly. Reception also helped with our Rewards query. I’d certainly book again.

We were there for the Cricket, and the location was perfect. It’s a short walk to Atrincham Tram and an even shorter one to the food court in the Market, which was great. All the staff were brilliant, helpful and courteous. The reception, bar and restaurant were excellent, spacious and well appointed, so first impressions were very good. But the twin room was too small for two beds, and our friends felt the same about their double. I don’t expect rooms to be turned down unless requested, but it would have helped if tea and coffee had been topped up and the cups changed for clean ones. The bathroom was tired and could use a little TLC. We stayed four nights.
