Breakfast came quickly and was filling, and the service was great. The room was really comfortable, with soft beds and an ensuite bathroom with a great shower and lots of accessibility features. Getting online was a real problem. We were in the middle of nowhere with barely any phone signal, and the internet had been down for 10 days, which made planning our holiday extra difficult. Also, the pubs in town all close their kitchens at 8pm, so don't expect to find a late dinner.

Margaret and the chef were so lovely, and the hospitality throughout our four-day stay was fantastic. My partner and I came for his birthday, with plans to climb Snowdon mountain and see the nearby small towns. The hotel was in a great spot, really nice, extremely clean, and pet friendly. We'd definitely recommend it.

The train track miniature in the back garden was carefully presented and preserved, and its story made some lovely memories for my son and me. Penny and Margaret also made the B&B feel like the kind of place where the owners' personal care really matters, from the warm welcome to a comfortable, scrupulously clean bed and bathroom. Breakfast was excellent every time. Thanks so much for a lovely stay, we'll come back again. Morsli

We stayed in forest glade with our dog for two nights. The room was spotless, quiet, and very private, just right for us. Margaret was a wonderful host, with useful advice on where to eat and where to park for our Snowdon hike. She even made scrambled egg for our very fussy eater of a dog, and breakfast for us was lovely too. The gardens are lovely, and the cute model train village is a nice touch. The location is beautiful and easy to find, with a shop, pharmacy, and pub all within walking distance. I'd definitely recommend it and would come back if we wanted to stay in the same area.

Margaret and Penny were really friendly hosts, and there was a nice atmosphere in the breakfast room. The three of us had a perfect three-night Easter stay in a family room. Everything was very clean, and the rooms were cutely color coded. It's also a great base for reaching Mount Snowdon and the villages and towns nearby. Thank you.
