Lil was an amazing host, and we loved her. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, and had great suggestions for local dog friendly walks. The place felt so homely, and we couldn't have been made more welcome. The full cooked breakfast was epic and delicious.

The village has no grocery shop, so you'd need to plan ahead and go to the next village for supplies. There are a couple of other pubs and restaurants within walking distance, and the local pub directly opposite has a variety of reasonably priced drinks and amazing food. The location is fantastic. Lil was brilliant, very friendly, and made sure we were comfortable during our long weekend in Wales at the Tŷ Newydd B&B. Our double room had its own bathroom. It was a good size, clean and cosy, with a super comfortable bed, plus tea, coffee and biscuits. The sink was in the main room rather than the bathroom, but that made no difference to us. One thing to know: the toilet flush is quite loud, so it might wake a light sleeper at night. It didn't bother us, as my partner sleeps through everything. Breakfast was top quality every morning. You could also have cereal, Yogurts and Fruit, and it was served at the set time of 8:30am, which suited us well. The only small downside for someone with different plans may be that set time. There was lots to like, and I'll recommend the B&B to everyone I know.

She was so helpful and chatty, and made my cousin and me feel at home. Breakfast was cooked perfectly and served fresh. The rooms were tidy and very old school. We shared a bathroom with another room, but that wasn't a major issue. Definitely recommend it for the price. The owner was the nicest person ever.

The price is very reasonable for the service, and there are a couple of good pubs and restaurants within walking distance of Ty Newydd B&B. Its location is ideal for exploring Snowdonia and the Conwy area. My wife and I had a great weekend with Lillian. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean, and breakfast was superb.

It was so peaceful sitting by ' fairy falls waterfall', and the area is beautiful. The room was cute and the bed was sooo comfortable. The owner was wonderful, helpful and lovely to chat with. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. There's a lovely pub called the ship within walking distance, with amazing homemade food for lunch and dinner. I'd only suggest putting some music on at breakfast, but that's just personal preference :D
