Copper House was very comfortable, with a bedroom, lounge and kitchen area, a large shower room, and everything we needed, including a cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and piping hot water. The little outdoor sitting area felt almost private, and there was plenty of parking. We thought it was great value. After check-in, we were left to ourselves, which suited us well. The presentation was OK; I could be picky, but won't be, though a pre-arrival servicing checklist might help, as other guests may be less accepting. Bodrean Manor Farm is a great base for exploring this part of Cornwall, close to Truro and just minutes from Waitrose in Truro. We had a great week, having found the place by accident through Mrs S's occasional online shopping at MA Griggs Country Store. The people running the store also handle the holiday lets at Bodrean. Getting there means driving up a long tarmac track through the fields, but the tarmac ends before the farm and accommodation. The surface is very uneven, so a high-riding vehicle helps. I suggested to 'Rebecca', who looks after the complex, that a warning sign be put up. Take it dead slow and proceed with caution, and I'm sure you'll have a great time.
