Little Chycoose

I’ve stayed here many summers. Lovely accommodation, very pleasant hosts and such a quiet spot. Just first class 👌

We’ve come to Little Chycoose for a second time, and it was every bit as good as our first stay. We’re a multigenerational family, from age 2 to 66, and the charming property is in a beautiful part of Cornwall, close enough to Falmouth and Truro while still feeling in the middle of nowhere. There are lovely dog walks and excellent cycling tracks, or you can just relax in the garden or one of the downstairs lounges. The incredible weather meant we used the garden much more this year, sharing family meals outdoors and around the table. Because my mobility is limited, we stay in the separate ‘Cow Shed’, which has a lovely ensuite. I especially enjoyed my 2 1/2-year-old granddaughter visiting me each morning. Little Chycoose feels like a home that keeps giving, not just a house in Cornwall. Mark goes above and beyond as owner, and we really appreciate how approachable he is. The EV charger is a great addition and very convenient. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Mark! 😊

There was everything we needed, the beds were comfy, the place was warm and the gardens were beautiful. Those showers nearly came home with us, lol. It’s central for everywhere you’d want to visit, and I’d highly recommend staying. Hope we’re back before too long.

A characterful period cottage with comfortable beds, plus a modern, well-equipped kitchen and dining area looking out over the garden and fields. The enclosed garden is a lovely place to relax.
