Premier Inn Truro

The meal deal was great value, and I’d stay here again because the hotel is good value for money. Next time I might choose a Prem Plus room to avoid the long trek with my bags, since it was a 2 1/2 minute walk from reception to my room. It was my second visit. My recently refurbished room was lovely and spacious, with a huge comfortable bed and a Tassimo type coffee machine. I also appreciated the large number of USB charging points.

Tracy, the hotel manager, and all the staff were friendly and professional. They made my stay a 10/10, even during the red weather warning for a storm, and made sure everyone was safe and accounted for. The food was lovely too. It’s the best Premier Inn I’ve stayed at, with modern, clean and very comfortable rooms. I’ll definitely return. Thanks to all of you.

Even with the power cut during the storm, the staff kept guest safety and wellbeing at the centre of everything. Everyone, from the hotel team to the restaurant staff, stayed polite, friendly and easy to approach before, during and after the storm. The manager was great, and she and her team should be proud. Nothing felt like too much trouble. I'd happily stay again for work or a holiday.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were friendly, but storage is very limited, especially for a stay longer than one night. The place has been modernised, though some rooms mean climbing two flights of stairs and walking down five long corridors. If mobility or fitness might be an issue, let them know in advance.
