The welcome pack was very nice, and the location right over the beach is wonderful. I even managed to catch a few bass on the spring tides. It's welcoming and well presented, with clever use of the limited space. The main bedroom could do with more thought around storage, and parking is the main issue. Some outdoor space and extra storage would also be good. Still, pretty nice overall.
