We had a great week unwinding at Wiggy's Cottage. Having table and chairs outside in two different spots meant we could cook most evenings and eat outdoors. The big DVD collection came in handy when it rained, and we also enjoyed the board games. For places to eat and drink, I’d recommend The Idle Rocks for a drink, The Victory for dinner and The Hidden Hut for lunch.
The location was nice, but we couldn't sit outside because the garden furniture was rusty and covered in mould. Inside, the cleaning wasn't up to scratch: there was dust and dog hair, and the mattress and protector were stained. It's a shame, as the cottage itself is nice. The owners don't seem to be dealing with problems mentioned in earlier reviews.
A comfortable cottage with everything we needed, just a couple of minutes' walk from the harbour and beach.
