We ended up cutting the holiday short because the self-closing doors drove us mad. They slammed with such force that the neighbour complained they were shaking her walls. In a two-storey house, those closers just aren’t needed. There were positives, including a garden sea view, a well-equipped kitchen, and smart modern rooms, though they felt rather stark. The owner needs to sort out the doors. We won’t return.
