The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the food was lovely. My chicken was tender, while the fish was a little small but full of fish from top to bottom. The one drawback we noticed was the toilet setup: there was no accessible changing toilet, just a changing table in the cramped ladies' room. Even so, we'd go back.

We didn't try the food, though it looked great. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The passionfruit martinis were excellent, and the Baby Gs went down nicely too. Can't wait to come back, I'd recommend it to anyone.

The decor looks great, and the atmosphere was lively and busy. It's dog friendly, too. The food tasted good, though I thought the portions were a bit small, and a couple of menu items weren't available.

The refurbished pub looks lovely inside, and my rump steak flatbread with salad was absolutely delicious. We were four friends visiting for the first time since it reopened. We arrived at noon and ordered around 12:30, but the food didn't come until an hour later, after I asked about it. The barman said a wake at the pub had caused the delay. A couple of dishes were unavailable, and we were also told there was no lemonade. I'd go back for the food, though that wait wasn't really acceptable, wake or not.

Geoff gave us great service, and Matt the chef deserves credit for the fantastic food. My wife loved her chicken, ham and leek pie, especially the creamy mash, while my creamy peppercorn chicken was amazing too. We went to the Horse & Jockey in Waddington on Thursday for pie and a drink night. We'll definitely be back! 👍
