The location made it easy to explore: Wadebridge High Street is a 5-minute walk, bicycle rentals are 2 minutes away, and the Camel Trail is right nearby. There are cafés, places to eat, bookshops, clothing shops and pubs such as The Ship Inn in town. Beaches and walks are a short drive away, and the area felt so peaceful and welcoming that it made me want to move to Wadebridge. Felicity's home is lovely, and she made sure everything was ready as expected. She greeted us warmly and gave us homemade jam. Her kindness and hospitality made us feel at home, and we enjoyed meeting Houdini, her escape-artist cat, and Bebe (I hope I have the name right!), the sweet old dog. We were invited to have morning tea with Felicity in her beautiful, well-kept garden. It was lovely to share stories, including her memories of London 35 years ago and thoughts about life there today. We had such a wonderful stay. If we return to Cornwall, we'll stay here again. Thank you, Felicity! xx

We only had two nights here and wished we could have stayed longer. The bed was very comfortable, the room was really clean, and breakfast was freshly cooked, as was the home-cooked evening meal. Felicity was such a friendly, welcoming host. We also got to meet the dogs and cat and wished we could take them home. It really felt like we arrived as strangers and left as friends.

Felicity has a lovely home and garden, and everything was very clean. She made a real effort to help us feel at home, even inviting us to spend time with her friends on the evening we arrived. We felt very comfortable and welcome. Thank you for your kindness, Felicity xx

Felicity and Johnny were lovely, and I'd definitely stay again. The welcome felt like being at home, and the room was clean and quiet at night. It had a beautiful en suite wet room and a very comfortable bed. The cleanliness and friendliness would be hard to beat. Thank you, Felicity and Johnny.

Having breakfast on the terrace in the lovely garden was delightful. The hostess was lovely, and the clean, comfortable room had a modern en suite bathroom. Town is only a short walk away, making this a great place to stay.
