The caravans were great, and the place is really close to Hastings seafront. Towns such as Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells are not far away either.

The staff were welcoming and helpful all the way through, and booking the campsite was a smooth experience. We enjoyed a fire and BBQ in the evening. There was a little background noise from the A21, but it didn’t keep any of us from getting a good night’s sleep. Hope to come back soon.

The complimentary breakfast was a lovely bonus, and the free Wi-Fi worked without a hitch. Our twin room was clean and spacious, and the quiet location suited us perfectly despite the main road nearby.

Check-in was quick, the staff were friendly, and there was plenty of parking at this quiet hotel. The room was very clean, with a good bathroom and nice facilities for the price. The bed wasn't especially comfortable, though it didn't keep me awake. It might matter more if you really depend on a good mattress. A clean, simple room that was good value.

We needed rooms for a large group of wedding guests, and Jeanette was helpful at every step. She arranged all 13 rooms, made sure they were ready early so people could check in before the reception, and even provided a little breakfast as a special treat. The whole stay was excellent. The accommodation was clean, tidy and new, and the kids' play area was a lovely extra.
