Tim and Annie made us feel so welcome and at ease. The room is next to the main house and shares its front garden, but it still felt completely private. We were invited to use the lovely Summer House and the seating area beside The Thames. Inside, everything was spotless and beautifully furnished, with comfortable beds. Nice little extras included porridge and proper coffee and tea bags. I can’t think of a nicer place to stay in Wallingford, and I hope we can come back soon.

The hosts were lovely, and the accommodation was quiet, exceptionally clean and very well equipped. It’s close to the town centre, in an excellent location. Highly recommended.

The owners were so kind and friendly. Their sweet little room, on the side of the house, sits right by the Thames. It was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. I’d definitely stay again.

A very reasonable price for a lovely room with great facilities, a beautiful setting and friendly hosts. Breakfast overlooking the river was a highlight. If you’re staying in Wallingford or walking the Thames path, this is an ideal place.
