Travelodge Cheshunt

The only downside was that my room felt cold when I first checked in on a frosty evening. There’s an electric radiator, but it took a while before the heat made a difference. Otherwise, it was quiet despite being by the roadside, good value, and the staff were friendly. I liked the little in-house cafe, with a decent food selection. We only had breakfast, porridge and scrambled eggs on toast. The bed was comfortable, and I’d certainly stay again.

The staff were efficient and friendly, and the rooms were good for the price. Breakfast was excellent, about as good as Premier Inn, though there was no black pudding. The coffee was very good, and it was nice to have both a bath and a shower in the room.

The room was immaculate and comfortable, with enough amenities for my needs, and housekeeping kept it clean to a high standard each day. The hotel also had a quiet, peaceful feel and was well maintained, with clear attention to detail. Reception staff gave me a warm welcome and handled check-in smoothly and professionally. Throughout my stay, the whole team was friendly, helpful and ready to answer questions or assist with requests. I had a very comfortable, stress-free visit to Travelodge Cheshunt on Great Cambridge Road, Cheshunt, Waltham Cross EN8 8DY. Thanks to the staff for their hard work. I’d consider staying at Travelodge Cheshunt again on a future visit.

The reception staff are lovely and really helpful, but it’s cheap and you get what you expect. Bring earplugs: the lights stay on all night like the Santapod start line, and there’s chavy pop-bangers playing. It’s noisy even with earplugs. Don’t expect much room for your phone and a cuppa either.
