Bishopstrow Hotel & Spa

Our two course lunch was delicious, and the customer service impressed us. We had a wonderful spa visit today. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were clean and warm, as was the outdoor jacuzzi, and the place wasn’t overcrowded. We’d recommend it and will be back.

The staff made a real effort to make my mum’s 80th birthday feel special, and we’re grateful for the lovely memories. Ella at reception gave us outstanding service when we arrived, and the whole team were attentive and eager to help. We had a beautiful room, first class food, and the blue cheesecake dessert was a highlight. The spa treatments were exceptional too, especially with our therapist, Elise. We had a wonderful stay at the Bishopstrow Hotel and will definitely return.

We thought the stay was very good value for money given the quality throughout, and we’ll definitely return. We spent two nights at the Bishopstrow Hotel & Spa. The Garden Grill was a hit both evenings, with impressive dishes and a great wine list. The staff were friendly, professional and worked hard to make the visit memorable. The hotel is beautifully presented, with a log fire adding a cosy feel. We were warmly greeted on arrival and shown to a fabulous room with everything we needed. There’s also a well-equipped spa and pool with a range of treatments.

I booked a dinner, spa and B&B stay for my husband’s 40th, and although it’s pricey, it was worth every penny. The hotel, grounds and spa are exquisite. Food, drinks and dog facilities were incredible, and the genuinely lovely staff were so friendly and attentive. They made the whole stay feel special. If you want to treat yourself, your partner and your pup, this is the place. Thanks so much, we’ll be back!
