Cambridge Villa Hotel

The breakfast was fantastic, and the room was lovely. We had a lovely stay, with a very friendly welcome from the family, who couldn’t do enough for us.

Breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, I came back covered in insect bites even though it was winter, and the shower was mediocre at best.

Great food and a great location, near Lidl. There’s outside space for drinking 🍷 and chatting with the locals and owners. The owner and host is an Italian rugby union 2007 world cup legend. Beautiful entrance, clean and friendly, warm room, and an Italian welcome. Class 😁 Just a great stay over. Thanks for the hospitality and welcome Marco and Mama. Legend 😍🥰

The staff were really welcoming and friendly, and our stay was comfortable. Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The dining area was clean too, and breakfast was tasty: sausage, beans and mushrooms, plus cereals, yogurt and fruit. More than adequate, though the bacon and sausage portions weren’t generous, just one small rasher of bacon and one small chipolata. They offered lots of toast, so nobody needed to go hungry. First impressions weren’t great. The property looked scruffy and tired from the outside, and the carpets in the hall entrance and on the stairs were dirty and worn. The water was hot, and the white towels were fresh and clean.
