I needed somewhere to stay near work and booked the self-catering accommodation for over a year. Sue and David have been fantastic throughout, and the rooms are great, especially Kitzbuhel. The grounds are lovely and peaceful for a walk. With all that space and privacy, it's a much nicer option than a hotel, whether you're travelling for work or pleasure.

Sue was friendly and easy to chat with, and she happily accommodated our dietary needs. Breakfast was good quality, with lots of fresh fruit. The farmhouse is lovely and peaceful, with plenty of parking and outdoor space. We enjoyed having the option of a walk in the evening or sitting on the patio. I picked it for the short drive to Warwick and the cotswolds, which were the places I wanted to visit. I'd happily return and recommend it.

After a long day, Sue greeted us with tea and cake, which was very welcome. The accommodation was spotless and comfortable, and breakfast was amazing. Nothing seemed too much trouble. We also ate at the Antelope Pub nearby. It was friendly and the food was very good. I'd highly recommend Sue and Church Hill Farm B & B. Thanks, Sue! 😊

I've stayed here regularly for business over the past 12 months and would highly recommend it. The owners are fantastic and always go the extra mile. The accommodation is exceptionally clean and well looked after. Brilliant place, I'd give it an even higher rating if I could.

I stayed for two nights while working nearby and really enjoyed it. The welcome was warm and friendly, and the breakfast was super. I loved the details in this 400-year-old farm. I've recommended the B&B to my English colleagues, and I'd like to come back, this time for a holiday.
