Staff were lovely and really attentive, and breakfast was delightful, with enough choice for a picky eater. The room was clean and presentable, the beds super comfy, and the bathroom was clean too. As a housekeeper I can be nitpicky, but the only thing I found to complain about was a missing bulb in one bedroom lamp. It’s a good hotel for the Warner bros studio tour, just a short drive away. The room service restaurant was very expensive for what you get. My pizza was okay at best and cost too much, and the puddings were tiny for the price. They also forgot the ice cream. Still, we had a lovely time and a good stay.

I asked the service desk for slippers, and they arranged them really quickly. Hiranya Abrew brought them to our room. When I realised I'd forgotten my dental kit, I asked whether one was available, and he immediately got us two without hesitation. He was friendly, polite and genuinely helpful, as were the rest of the team. I’m very happy with the service from both Hiranya and the staff at Hilton Hotel Watford today. Thank you for the excellent hospitality.

Breakfast was great, and the staff there were lovely and very helpful. The reception manager, though, was very arrogant. It’s a good hotel, but the rooms aren’t very clean. There was a lot of mould under the sink, only visible when you’re in the bathtub.

Our first hotel let us down with poor service, so we needed somewhere at the last minute. Hilton fitted us in quickly with our dog, and the service was lovely from start to finish. We spent three pleasant nights there. A few things in the room need updating: one lamp had a dead bulb, and the paint was peeling off the bottom of the bathroom door. The housekeeper was so lovely, and I’d definitely stay again.

Room service was spot on, the shower was hot, and the food is genuinely worth ordering. Service was great too. The gym is there, but it isn’t well equipped. Parking costs extra in the car park, I believe around £10 a night. It isn’t an insured car park, and the owner is liable for theft or damage.
