The flat was clean, spacious, and had a well stocked kitchen, and getting in with the electronic key worked despite our last minute booking and some stress around the ID and damage deposit requirements. We booked after a problem with another reservation. Watford Junction is about 15 minutes away, making it easy to catch a bus to Harry Potter World or the overland train to London. The tube strike didn't affect us. Citipark is a five minute walk and parking there was a bargain at £10 a day. A few small snags: the broadband was patchy at first but improved, the bath's high, slippery side made it hard to get out of the shower, and a bath mat or grips would help. The fan was too noisy to use. Still, I'd stay again.

Michelle was so considerate and supportive with our situation, and whenever I needed something she was there to help. The apartment was clean, with all the facilities we needed and an up to date kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Parking was the one issue, but we managed to sort it out. Michelle has been amazing. I wish her all the best.

For three months, while moving from the USA to the UK, I stayed at this Modernview Apartment. It was a really pleasant experience: modern, clean, and in a quiet building. The staff were responsive even outside regular hours and on weekends. Watford centre, with its shops and restaurants, is just a five minute walk away. I highly recommend the place and the staff.

We had a great time staying with friends at Modernview Serviced Accommodation. The central Watford location meant we felt safe and had plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. The apartments look lovely and felt luxurious for the price. Our rooms were spotless, with really comfortable, good quality beds. The host was polite and quick to reply whenever we had a question. I'd happily recommend it.

The host was easy to communicate with and helpful, and self check-in made arrival simple. The location worked well for getting to local shops, restaurants, and train stations. Inside, the home felt comfortable and clean, with a luxurious finish and lots of classy details that set it apart. I had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back.
