A miserable experience overall. The place was poorly maintained, right beside the road, and noisy even around midnight. The TV didn't work, and there was no tissue in the room or toilet paper in the washroom. The photos show the ground floor, but they sent us to the first floor, where the rooms were small and filthy.

The flat was filthy, with black mould in the bathroom, a smashed fridge and freezer, no hot water, and cobwebs hanging from the lights. We wanted one double bed for a romantic trip, but got two uneven beds pushed together, with a headboard that wasn't even attached. I wouldn't recommend this company or staying in this flat. The woman running the company had no idea how to be professional or provide good customer service. Awful.

The host was friendly and welcoming, and I thought everything about the suite was great. I don't know why people complain about it. I'll come back on my next trip to London and bring my family.

We stayed in a lovely little loft apartment that was immaculate, almost like home. I can't fault it, and would definitely book again.
