Janet and Ian made our stop at Copper Beeches B&B really easy. There were six of us walking the South Downs Way, and after a local taxi firm let us down, Janet drove us to the village for dinner. She also washed and dried our walking clothes that evening. Breakfast was hot, tasty and cooked just how each of us wanted it. We only had one night in the main house before moving on, but would happily have stayed longer.
We spent four nights here as a family of four with our dog, staying in the family room on a bed-and-breakfast basis. Janet and Ian were lovely, and their dog Bonnie joined ours for some great walks in the mornings. The kids especially loved the home-cooked breakfast, and the location worked really well for day trips.
We found this lovely B&B while in the area for a wedding at the Tythe Barn. Our room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, and Janet & Ian were super hosts.
A great place to rest while walking the South Down Way. Janet gave us a warm welcome, and breakfast was amazing. I'd happily recommend it.
I got a cottage with a kitchen, which seems especially handy for families at this price. It was a great little break, and I managed to sleep before catching the early ferry to France the next morning. Breakfast was included, but I’d be leaving too early, so Janet packed one in a bag for the journey.
