Era, the Front Office Manager, welcomed us so kindly, and Asha was also incredibly helpful. Both were warm and hospitable, greeting us with lovely smiles each morning and making sure our whole family felt cared for. We spent three wonderful nights at voco Reading over Christmas. Their attention and service made the stay special, and we will certainly return. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Ratina deserves a special mention for her attentive, professional service throughout our stay. She went above and beyond and made the experience even more enjoyable. We booked a one-night spa package with dinner and had a wonderful time. The room was spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. The spa was clean, relaxing and well maintained, and the treatment was lovely. Dinner was delicious too. We'd happily return and recommend the package.

Roman was a friendly, efficient host at the atrium bar, and Sami and Adam behind the bar were excellent too. All the staff went above and beyond. We had a lovely meal, especially the Snapper and gnocchi, which were delicious. It's a lovely modern hotel with spacious rooms and everything you need. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay!

What made me feel welcome was the staff's friendly manner. On a very cold evening when I was attending a football match, I went to the bar and asked Leon for something. He kindly helped. I then ordered a delicious tea that Sammi recommended and served, alongside Ishani, who was also very polite. I highly recommend a visit.

The staff are what make this place stand out. They're kind, helpful and go the extra mile. We had to change our original room because the beds weren't right for us, and they sorted it straight away. They then called to check the next room worked, which we appreciated. The hotel is always clean and well lit, and I enjoy staying here, even though it's a standard corporate hotel.
